Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogeneous emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper part and bottom of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy is transmitted to the rotor, generating extremely high linear speed, which makes the materials collide intensely, break, undergo centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps, then spray out. Under the action of multiple directional forces, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, the materials undergo repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.
